ISANG BAGSAK! One fall. This was a chant that was used by the farm workers of the Central Valley when ending their gatherings. The story of the United Farm Worker's movement was monumental in creating rights for farm workers and laborers all across the country. Lead by Larry Itliong and Philip Vera Cruz on the Filipino side, and Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta on the Mexican side, the farm workers of the Central Valley drew national attention to their work and showed the world that there is power in a united front.
